Building wealth and rewarding careers, Countrywide Bank, FSB, is one of the largest banks in the nation with current assets of more than $100 billion.* From offering highly competitive deposit product rates to outstanding career possibilities, experience the extreme value we place on entrepreneurial talents and our team’s innovations.  * Based on current assets and other banking data reported to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) 1st quarter, 2007.  First Vice-President, Deposit Operations  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Implementing CW Bank’s strategy for servicing Consumer-Deposit Accounts through mail, internet, phone, ATM and physical locations·  Coordinating, planning and directing the activities of the Deposit-Operations Team·  Providing appropriate resources and training·  Implementing productivity measurements to ensure timely completion and tracking of daily Deposit-functions·  Reconciling and in-clearing all CW Bank Consumer-Deposit products·  Providing Fraud-Protection controls through creation of Suspicious-Activity Reports·  Opening and funding new accounts ·  Preparing and reviewing daily activity-reports   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience·  7+ years experience in a large (preferably OCC-regulated) Depository institution·  7+ years of increasingly responsible experience in Deposit Operations—preferably at the Management and/or Senior-Management level (and/or extensive experience with complimentary business-activities)·  Specific VP-level experience within a large institution (preferably with $5 billion in total assets)·  Experience with Deposit-Operations equipment, technology and industry trends·  Experience as a Senior Banking-Officer within a regulated institution   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
