Great company in the city of Plano Texas is currently hiring 20 customer service representatives to join their team! Position: Customer service representative, MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE (CALL CENTER) EXPERIENCE. Duties: Schedules appraisals by contacting appraisers, entry contacts, and customer. Communicates with customers on customer service questions. Assists customer with status/tracking of orders. Follows up on status from with appraisers and customers. Answers customer inquiries.
