Pricing Administrator

 

 

Job Description

The Marketing Services Department's function is to support Sales in the areas of pricing, bookings, billings, contracts, rebates, incentives, and customer file maintenance.

Due to growth and expansion, Newly Weds Foods Inc. seeks a Pricing Administrator to assist our Sales and Marketing team at our Chicago Headquarters. Investigative in nature, this position is responsible for insuring profit margin accuracy in our daily transaction billings.As part of conducting transaction reviews, the Administrator checks and corrects errors in product costs, account payables, freight or pricing as well as approves these transactions for invoicing by the billing department.

Assists in the analysis of customer needs and uses information to generate pricing, drafting quotations for custom blends and stock items.  Working with Sales to optimize profits and margins.

The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, analytical and have a strong math aptitude.  The ability to work under tight deadlines within a team environment is important.
