3rd Party Call Center Supervisors!

We are currently seeking 3rd Party Call Center Supervisors for our Charleston facility!

As a supervisor, you will provide leadership, motivation, skills-development and coaching to Call Center Agents. You will be asked to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in decision-making and documentation, and to administer company policies within the call center.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

 Development of staff by providing leadership, motivation, skills-development and coaching resulting in minimal staff turnover.Tracking and reporting of hours worked, attendance, and punctuality.Maintain adequate staffing for forecasted workload.Work with Talent to conduct job interviews for new hires and internal promotions.Development and administration of employee recognition programs.Ongoing development, management, and administration of all call center programs.Maintain satisfactory performance to all service level agreements.Plan and report on available call center capacity.Maintain a pleasant manner and positive attitude in dealing with customers, subordinates, and co-workers; display the ability to resolve conflicts, and to effectively deal with difficult or challenging customers.Must have the ability to solve practical problems.Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours if needed due to project demands.Any other duties as requested.
