Cavalry specializes in Third Party Collections, with a focus on collecting auto deficiencies, credit cards, cell phone accounts & specialty consumer loans. The Resolution Specialist (Collector) is responsible for skip-tracing, contacting customers to determine solutions, and collecting on charged-off debt.  The successful collector will negotiate and work out acceptable repayment plans, which can include negotiating settlement offers with the customer, while adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA).
