A/P Seattle

A Downtown Seattle based company is searching for a new Accounts Payable team Member.

We are seeking a person with the skills and enthusiasm to help raise the bar for excellence. A friendly disposition and a work hard play hard attitude is a must!

Tasks include (but not limited to): update excel spreadsheets, maintain cash requirements reports, respond to vendor inquiries, create month end and journal entries, enter and process A/P invoices, file and research items as needed. This position will work closely with other departments and team members to resolve invoice payments and discrepancies.

Qualifications:Excellent keyboarding skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft products. (Excel, Word). Excellent time management and multi tasking skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Must be a self-starter. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Regular and predictable attendance.
