We are currently seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeperwho is looking for a long-term career with a high potential for growth. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepares billings daily for goods and services provided to clients both domestic and international.

Assist in properly billing accounts based on terms on contractual agreement.

Answers customer and client questions regarding billings and discrepancies.

Prepares summaries and reports of various accounting data to enhance department efficiency.

Assists in processing, coding and matching accounts payables.

Prepares reports and reconciliations for month-end closing.

Prepares 1099's

Assist with tax preparation

Perform other duties as assigned.



 

Qualifications

3+ years of experience performing all phases of A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, invoicing and credit card reconciliations, etc.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be detail oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a timely and accurate matter.

Solid computer knowledge MS Office programs
