Position:

alliantgroup is currently in search of an A/R & Collections Clerk. This position will be responsible for A/R, collections and providing general administrative assistance to the Accounting Team to support team objectives and maintain team organization and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities: Contact clients regarding past due invoices. Assist in creating invoices. Conduct research for issues concerning client billing. Additional responsibilities, as required.

 

Qualifications: Pleasant disposition over the phone 1 year experience in an accounting role Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Pro Must be proactive Excellent follow through skills Self-motivated; Hard-working; Detail oriented Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
