A/R Deduction Analyst

Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  SN-05102-509710 Location:  San Diego, CA 92122 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee A/R Deduction Analyst Analyze cause of deduction and determine if deduction is legitimate or should be contested and presented again for collection. Identify trends which would relate to the deduction. Determines and identifies solutions to deduction causes. Recommend plan of action to minimize/eliminate reoccurrence to appropriate team members. Create documentation to write-off or re-bill as needed. Provide semi and monthly reporting of deduction portfolio as required by management teams. Maintain electronic storage files which contain various support documents or templates needed to process deductions. Balance spreadsheets utilizing Excel to verify deductions resolved balance with our short pay reports.   The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems within their areas.
