ACCOUNTING CLERK

Family owned company in Foothill Ranch is seeking a highly detailed, self-motivated Accounting Clerk. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry of a high volume of accounts payable invoices, monitoring of sales invoices, processing of and sending monthly statements to customers, collections, daily deposit entry, and some administrative duties.  This position works closely with the Controller and senior Bookkeeper.

Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years of A/P and A/R work experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, research and problem resolution skills. MS Word, Excel, data entry experience required.  Great Plains preferred.
