Sales & Use Tax Manager - Must have prior experience with multi-state sales tax compliance and research.  Additionally, multi-state audit experience is critical.  CPA a plus with 10+ years experience in handling sales and use tax issues.  $75-$90K

 

Accountant - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of related experience.  Must be able to work well with other administrative personnel, perform hands-on financial functions, work independently and with a team, manage multiple time-sensitive tasks, and build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.  Must have a general knowledge of computers and know how to extract data from databases for use in programs, such as Excel.  Programs and platforms used include but are not limited to:  Excel, Word, Sage Fixed Asset Software, Microsoft Office 2003, Windows XP, AS400 and Ultipro Payroll Software.  $40-$50K

 

Credit Administrator

Local bank has high profile position for Senior Credit Administrator. 10+ yrs. commercial lending and credit administration could qualify you for this promo table position with strong potential to land you in a manager or SR VP role.  Excellent references, proper credentials and desire to succeed could make this your best career move yet! Salary up to $75K.

 

Internal Auditor

5 yrs bank or financial institution audit experience position with popular East TN bank with strong career path to management available.  Internal audit background, and

BS in Finance or Accounting preferred.  Must be experienced in maintaining and testing bank controls.Great career visibility. Strong benefits and salary up to $60K.

 

Controller 

High-end Controller position for very dynamic, established and popular company with international manufacturing facilities. Ideal candidates should have background that includes public accounting background, international business experience, operations and accounting experience in manufacturing discipline. Ability to travel a must.

Superb opportunity reporting to CFO. Company is willing to pay $90K for top individuals. Successful candidates should currently be employed in a control ship role



Audit Senior Manager, 8-10 years experience, this is an outstanding opportunity for the successful candidate to become a shareholder within two years, the candidate can be based out of Atlanta or Knoxville, up to 25% travel (primarily East Tennessee and Georgia with a little of Florida).

 

Contract Administrator, must be proficient and comfortable reading and understanding complex commercial contracts, must be diligent, thorough and detail oriented, must possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, must possess interpersonal skills, must be comfortable performing financial calculations, $35-$45K.

 

Controller, several opportunities available, Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, up to $80K.

 

Cost Accountant, the ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in cost accounting. A BS in Accounting is required along with 5+ years experience, $60-$80K.

 

CPA, 5+ years public accounting experience, $55-$75K.

 

Recruiter, BS or BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, prefer 2+ years accounting experience, $35-$42K.

 

Senior Controller (preferably a CPA) with military background to travel internationally for a local company that provides security for the US Military.  The position pays $250,000 and all living and transportation expenses are paid.  Employees receive 2 weeks off for every 90 days worked.

 

Tax Manager, 2+ years tax experience required, $50-$65K.

Accounting Clerk, Oak Ridge, accounts payable, excellent data entry skills required, ORACLE APPLICATION EXPERIENCE A MUST, $11-$12 per hour.

 

Accounts Payable Processors, long-term temp assignments in Oak Ridge, $10-$11 per hour.

 

Compliance Auditor, evaluate audit company procedures to ensure accuracy of information, detect problem situations with company and make recommendations for correcting processes, $13-$14 per hour.

 

Full Charge Bookkeeper, knowledge of general bookkeeping practices, knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and protocol, ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, ability to prepare routine financial statements and reports, ability to follow oral and written instructions, ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, management and customers, ability to use necessary software including, but not limited to: GEAC (or similar GL commercial property management software), MS Excel, MS Word, IPMS (or similar on-site property management software), ability to use proper phone etiquette, $30K.

 

IT Buyer, Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience, knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Soloman programs, $18-$20 per hour.

 

Staff Accountant, BS degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance, general accounting knowledge, organizational, problem solving, detail oriented, oral and written communications, flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and assignments, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong analytical ability, strong team mentality and ability, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, $30-$40K.
