ACCOUNTING REPRESENTATIVE I

BRMS offers a highly competitive benefit package. This position pays between $14-$16 depending on experience. We pay 100% of the premium for the employee’s medical, dental, vision, and Long Term Care insurance as well as a $50,000 life insurance policy – the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. We pay three weeks of PTO the 1st year, four weeks the 2nd year and even more PTO at the 5th and 10th years. Plus we offer Float days in addition to PTO and we match up to 3% on our 401K.

The Accounting Representative provides basic accounting support to the Accounting Team and performs specific duties related to funding and billing.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Perform bank reconciliationsHandles bank accountsImports data into Quick BooksPosts paymentsReleases check runsAudits claims accounts for outstanding and un-cashed checksConducts monthly billing for a block of groupsProvides general assistance to the Funding Specialist and/or the Accounting Team as needed
