ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate with a minimum of 5 + years in the Accounts Receivable Credit & Collections area.  Candidate should have a strong understanding of the accounting cycle and excellent computer skills.  Will be responsible for Cash Applications, Journal Entries and Collection Calls.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews the aging report and customer balances.

• Contacts clients when invoices are past due to secure payment arrangements.

• Account analysis and reconciliation.

• Payment application.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five + years of progressive Accounts Receivable and Credit and Collections.

• Associate’s degree with a concentration in AccountingFinance or equivalent.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook and advanced level Excel skills.
