ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES/HUMAN RESOURCES

Atlanta based manufacturing firm is currently seeking an experienced professional who is responsible for:

Duties:Daily accounts receivables, including week-end/month-end reports, conflict resolution and expediting paymentReports for commission sheets, invoices, month end financial analysisEmployee insurance benefits and chargesBank deposits, credit card transactions, credit checks for new clientsAssist the controller on other accounting issues as needed

Skills:Attention to detailTimely and accurateResults orientedGreat attitudeActive participant in dynamic environmentAnalytical mindProficiency in Excel and other relevant software

Education:Must have BA in Accounting- entry level ok

Other:OSHA compliance knowledge a plus

Reports to:CPA and CEO

Salary:Good pay and great working environment, based on experience.
