POSITION SUMMARYInvoicing of Professional Services labor and expenses to customersAuditing expense reportsCollectionsPeriodic reporting on invoicing and collectionsMaintaining Accounts ReceivableProcessing Maintenance RenewalsAssisting in other Accounting functions as needed


REQUIREMENTSAccounting background with experience in CollectionsDemonstrated experience in the Accounts Receivable processStrong aptitude managing numbers, following detailed processes and ensuring that billing procedures are appropriately followedFirm working knowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookInteract effectively with company staff members and managersAbility to manage deadlines and effectively resolve problem issues presented by customersMust be a motivated team player, detail oriented, organized, and able to work independentlyPossess strong verbal, written, organizational and time management skills

 

EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred4-7 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in an invoicing or billing capacity
