AP/AR Coordinator

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable CoordinatorAP/AR CoordinatorReq #08-01011 Accounting department seeks an AP/AR Coordinator.  Candidate must be interested in a hands-on position & must be a self starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.  Experience in manufacturing environment a plus.Azonix Corporation is a provider of complex customized solutions that satisfy severe performance requirements of niche industries. In addition, Azonix designs and manufactures intrinsically safe communication and data acquisition products for hazardous-classified areas.  Azonix is a division of Crane Co., a publicly held company on the New York Stock Exchange traded under ticker symbol CR.Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:  Timely collections of all customer accounts, courtesy calls before due dates to ensure all issues identified & resolved for timely payments, working with sales team on problem accounts to improve payment process, provide credit reference checks, communicate professionally with clients, maintaining aging which balances with general ledge each month. Accounts Payable Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices into QAD system, interface with buyers to resolve invoice issues, develop supplier relationships to aid in problem solving, reconciling supplier account balances with aging balance. Various tasks/projects as needed, help with month-end and year-end closing process, administer employee p-card program & assist with employee travel card program. The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in business with accounting courses or at least 5 years equivalent experience.  Excellent verbal & communication skills a must. Azonix offers competitive wages & an outstanding benefits package.  For immediate consideration, please email your resume, along with salary requirements to careers@azonix.com .  Resumes submitted without the salary data will not be considered.  In the subject line of your email, you must indicate the req # & title of the position you are applying for.Azonix Corporation, A Crane Co.
