Prepare cash disbursement and run weekly check run in excess of several million dollars. · Monthly disbursement reconciliation. Reconcile PO variance reports.  Reconcile open receiver report to ensure accuracy on all liabilities.  GL reclassification and coding. · Yearly employees performance evaluation. Hiring and training new staff when needed. · 1099 reporting.
