Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  JC-30133-508826 Location:  Secaucus, NJ 07094 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Large Secaucus retailer has a current AP opening.  We are looking to have the proper candidate in place before the end of March.  Duties include performing a variety of accounting tasks, maintenance of accounting records, and preparing financial reports.Essential Functions: Audits and proofs accounting reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental, county, and state procedures. ·  Prepares and posts accounting documents such as fees, recipes, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, expense accounts, and related operating reports. ·  Posts requisitions, receipts, and disbursements to appropriate ledgers to journals. ·  Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to accounting and bookkeeping or technical operations. ·  Prepares summary sheets or other work papers for supervisor's or auditor's use in preparing comprehensive financial statements. Skills/Abilities: Experience with Great Plains software Strong interpersonal and public relations skills. Well organized, with time management skills.
