AR Manager

Sutherland Global Services is a multinational IT Enabled and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, specializing in Back-office and Customer Lifecycle Management services for Global clients.  Having started operations in 1986 in Rochester, New York, Sutherland now employs over 17,500 professionals offering RightSourcedTM, blended services from its 18 delivery centers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India and the Philippines.  By integrating highly trained people with state-of-the-art technology and proven business methodologies, Sutherland collaborates with clients to help them excel in their industry and maximize their customer lifetime value. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for billing and collections for the US.  This position will ensure that the proper client contracts are in place and that all revenue is recognized in compliance with US GAAP.  This position will also interact heavily with the service delivery and sales teams. Objectives · Work closely with Service Delivery to gather all inputs for billing.· Maintain customer contracts and ensure proper billing.· Responsible for collection of past due customer invoices and weekly reporting of collection status.· Meet with sales team and new clients to set up billing contacts and system set up.· Weekly reporting of receivables for global finance team and cash forecasting.· Review all cash receipts postings.· Reconcile and maintain schedules for all receivable related accounts.· Interact with global receivable and finance teams.  Recommended Qualifications  Associates degree in accounting, bachelors degree strongly preferred Minimum of 4 years of billing and collection experience.  ERP experience preferred, strong excel skills required.
