Ø  Commercial RE experience a must

Ø  Proficiency in Yardi required

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ø  Managing a team responsible for:

o Monthly rental billings

o Reviewing all invoices

o Ensuring mailing is completed in a timely manner

Ø  Preparing aging reports

Ø  Performing general ledger posting and monthly/year-end reconciliations

Ø  Reviewing leases (abstracts, assignments, cancellations, modifications)

Ø  Ensuring all invoices billed are correct

Ø  Guaranteeing proper recordings of tenant move-outs as well as rollovers

Ø  Directing tenant remittance processes and investigations of discrepancies

Ø  Providing leasing and legal with weekly AR reports

Ø  Regularly reporting to the Direct of Finance
