ASSISTANT CONTROLLER for INTERNATIONAL TALENT AGENCY

Great opportunity with prestigious Beverly Hills talent agency, currently interviewing candidates for Assistant Controller.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor and coordinate Accounting for affiliated entities and investments

-Coordinate, monitor, and manage motion picture / TV series audits

-Assist in preparation of quarterly financial reporting to financial institution

-Assist in preparation for annual consolidated financial statements

-Coordinate recurring activity and periodic reporting for 401K and Profit Sharing Plan

-Assist Controller with reporting needs and special projects

 

Requirements:

-CPA with Audit Manager level CPA firm experience or equivalent in industry

-Background in financial reporting and forecasting

-Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks

-Experienced with multiple divisions and related accounting and reporting issues

-Strong communication skills, team player, adaptable, ability to keep focus on the big picture
