AUDIT MANAGER

AUDIT MANAGER Sanoh America is a rapidly growing manufacturer of automotive fluid handling assemblies for Honda, Nissan and Toyota, with five plants in the U.S and Canada. We have an opening for an experienced, hands-on Audit Manager in our Findlay, Ohio facility. The primary duties of this position are the following: Lead the initial compliance effort within Sanoh-America to successful completion and adherence to all J-Sox mandates. Help all areas eliminate control gaps. Lead auditing efforts to ensure ongoing compliance Report results to senior management. Serve as primary liaison regarding J-Sox to external auditors and Sanoh-Japan. Communicate needs for improvement and actively drive the improvement process. Indirectly lead, manage and guide the work of others at all levels of the Sanoh-America organization. After initial J-Sox compliance is achieved in all areas of Sanoh-America, this position has the added responsibility to: Routinely audit all processes, document findings and implement countermeasures as required. Assist in routine audits of the Finance department to ensure proper controls exist Move beyond J-Sox and provide leadership in the assimilation of best practices throughout Sanoh-America. The outstanding candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong accounting skills (CPA highly preferred). Two plus years of J-Sox or Sarbox management experience. Four plus years of accounting, preferably manufacturing accounting. Ability to meet multiple deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills.
