Required Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting A minimum

  results and packaging them for senior management. 

  Ability to work well under pressure and with limited

 Duties/Activities: Overall Management of IT Chargeback Systems Recommend 

  and implement new chargeback initiatives Develop

  Customer and and MAnagement Chargeback Reports Manage 

  Cost Allocation Process Develop training and

  communication plans for customers to better understand

  costs Work with other areas in IT to recommend 

  areas that are candidates for benchmarking Manage and 

  coordinate data collection Develop detailed management

  level analysis of benchmark results. Decvelop cost

  savings intiatives Manager IT Scorecard. Develop new

  mtrics to be included in Scorecard Prepare detailed 

  analysis of Scorecard results.
