AVP, Compliance Risk Supervisor – ReconTrust  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Overseeing the Target Review process and ReconTrust business units' compliance risk self-assessments·  Integrating, directing and managing the coordination of all compliance risk matrixes·  Tracking and reviewing effective implementation of remediation plans and reporting on residual compliance risks·  Maintaining the policies & procedures register and managing the annual review cycle·  Assisting and advising senior managers regarding all quality assurance functional output (Internal Audit, OCC exams, and Independent Audit reports)·  Developing and directing compliance Key Risk Indicator reporting·  Managing, directing and reviewing the complaint management process·  BSA oversight and reporting·  Supporting and coordinating support for work groups (new trustee state development, client base expansion projects)  A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Associate’s degree or some college/advanced coursework (and/or equivalent experience)·  10 + years experience with banking processes, loan servicing, and land title·  Working knowledge of Foreclosure laws,  Lien Release laws and regulations and production methods·  Knowledge of federal regulatory compliance·  Exceptional communication, presentation, and editorial skills·  Strong organization skills and be highly detail-oriented·  Strong analytical problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and root cause analysis·  PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, SQL, SnagIt, html)·  Considerable experience in relational database application structure and querying·  Ability to work under pressure Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
