Account Manager

Auto Master / SHAC Inc. is currently looking for an Account Manager to work at our field office in Tulsa.

About The Company
Auto Master, which was founded in 1989, operates automobile dealerships exclusively focused on the 'buy-here/pay-here' segment of the used vehicle market. SHAC Inc. is the finance/collections division, offering and collecting on sub-prime auto loans. Recently acquired by First Cash Financial Services, Auto Master/SHAC operates 20 locations and is rapidly expanding!

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable Field Account Manager to act as intermediary between the customer and the corporate collections center. The Field Account Manager will call past due accounts in order to assist the customer in arranging payment plans. This person will also perform visits on past due accounts when necessary. Also, this person will communicate with the corporate Finance Center in Arlington, TX regarding past due accounts.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of collections experience, in a corporate or field environment
- Previous cash handling experience is necessary
- Previous customer service experience is also necessary
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Drivers License
