We currently are looking for a General Ledger/Reporting Analyst to join our Accounting Department based in Linden, New Jersey.

 

This position reports to the Manager of Accounting & Reporting, and will be primarily responsible for closing entries and internal/external reporting.

 

Specific responsibilities will include the following:Month End Closing EntriesCapital and Operating Lease AnalysisCensus Data ReportingState and Federal Tax PackagesInternal/External ReportingAuditing of Expense ReportsSpecial Projects

We are looking for a self starter individual who has a good grasp of GAAP. The right individual will be driven by the desire to learn TLUSA reporting process and progress in a high pace environment. We are committed to investing in the training and development for the right individual.

 

Minimum requirements for consideration are as follows:B.S. in Accounting/Finance (must)1 to 3 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting EnvironmentKnowledge or some exposure to SAP is a big plusStrong skills in desktop software toolsDedicated, flexible, and able to meet multiple deadlines
