This position would be a permanent position as well as an addition to our department NOT a replacement  Primary ResponsibilitiesPreparing Quarterly payroll tax returnsAssisting in Expense ReportsPreparing Financial Reports per office using ExcelMay have to assist in verifying payroll from time to time, so you need to be comfortable with payroll taxes and deductionsConverting from Champion to Great Plains (Complete Accounting Program), will need to assist in dual accounting systems as we begin the transitionCreating Excel spreadsheets in various parts of the accounting field  Job Qualifications3+ Years of experience with a Bachelors degree in finance or accountingGreat Plains experience, preferably in the past 3 yearsSubstitution: If you don’t have a Bachelors degree but you have many years of experience and have recently used Great Plains, you will be considered For Additional Information For additional information, please contact Susan Warner at  swarner@techusa.net .
