Position Functions:

 

· Complete and prepare journal entries for general ledger interface.

· General ledger duties including reconciliation’s with subsidiary ledgers. 

· Correcting coding for general ledger and financial statements.

· Prepare monthly financial statement package for owners and management.

· Prepare analytical work on financial statements and profit and expense trends.

 

Position Requirements:

 

· A BS Degree in Accounting.

· Full understanding of the accounting cycle and basic financial statements.

· Ability to develop and write reports.

· Ability to quickly recognize trends and abnormalities with numerical data.

· PC Literate, strong analytical skills, independent work ability

· Microsoft Office skill a strong plus
