Accountant Analyst/ 3993 A.Team with other Finance Analysts to perform Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a growing $250MM Aerospace business:1. Sales and margin forecasting. 2. Cost analysis and implementation of improvement opportunities. 3. Reporting, analysis & forecasting of other key business metrics: cash flow, department expenses, inventory, receivables, census, etc. 4. Monitor, maintain and develop databases in support of financial reporting requirements. 5. Provide month end reports and analyses of results/forecasts/variances to Aerospace group6. Assist with development of Division's strategic and annual operating plans. 7. Provide leadership to Division as Productivity Analyst. B. Handle complex Governmental Contracting administration and accounting treatment issues.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS1. Government Accounting and Forward Pricing rates experience; Knowledge of FARs, DFARs, Gov't practices & procedures2. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting3. Master's degree preferred4. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through six or more years of related experience.5. Ability to learn quickly and utilize and improve forecasting processes and systems. 6. Demonstrate excellent teamwork qualities in a diverse and demanding environment. Includes ability and openness to teach and develop more junior team members.7. Solid business acumen. 8. Strong attention to detail while maintaining "big picture" mindset.9.
