 Job Description & Duties

 

Highly technical, full service bioinstrumentation testing facility based in NJ, offering cost effective solutions to marketing products around the world for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, medical device and personal care product manufacturers has an immediate need for an experienced Accountant.

 

Duties:

Supporting Controller the accounting task

Manage billing

Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Preparing monthly journal entries and complete account reconciliations for general ledger accounts

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service to clients.

 

 

 

 Requirements

 

· Minimum of five years accounting experience

· Knowledge of Quick Book, Peachtree Accounting, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Quark Express, Photo Shop, and Illustrator

· Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent work ethic, organizational, communication skills and a positive attitude

· Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and successfully handling several responsibilities simultaneously
