Accountant - Book Keeper - CPA

Company Overview: Advantage Capital Equity Solutions (ADCAP) is a growing distressed asset based lender and manager of investment and/or hedge funds.  The Jacksonville office provides a fun work environment with business casual dress. 

Job Description:  Candidates must know Quickbooks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and must have a working knowledge or experience with Human Resources.  Candidate must be a self-starter and should have a proven ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.  Candidate must demonstrate flexibility, initiative, strong organizational and multi tasking skills, good judgement, sense of urgency and be detail oriented. 

 


Responsibilities:Preparation, analysis, and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements. Preparation of financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, et...), budgets, and prospectus. Bank Reconciliation Accounts Payable & Receivable Payroll Office Managment


Education & Experience:AA or BA/BS degree preferred. 3+ years experience in Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant. CPA is preferred. Must be proficient with Quickbooks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel


The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
