This position is responsible for various functions within the Finance Group of Clark Manufacturing:1. Assist with the preparation and analysis of various month end reports.2. Assist the Financial Controller with developing financial plans, budgets and trends.3. Responsible for various cost accounting functions such as interfacing with various divisions, departments and the production floor in order to analyze and report various aspects of plant performance4. Analyzes bills of material and reports final costs to divisions 5. Prepares inter-company billings and reconciles inventory transactions between divisions 6. Analyzes monthly production and record results in General Ledger System; analyzes and reports variances to plant management accordingly 7. Provides cost estimates for new products by coordinating efforts of purchasing, industrial chemistry, and the plant production floor8. Perform project work as necessary or assigned'R Bachelor's degree in accounting or substantial completion towards degree 'R 0-3 years of related experience required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred 'R Must be proficient in Excel; Lawson experience a plus 'R Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; business acumen; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills 'R Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment 'R Must be able to work overtime, as necessary 'R Consumer products background preferred This position is responsible for various functions within the Finance Group of Clark Manufacturing:1.
