Accountant/Full-Charge Bookkeeper

 

Columbia Telecommunications Corporation (CTC) is a small, successful communications engineering consulting firm. We work at the highest levels on cutting-edge communications networking projects for public sector and non-profit clients throughout the US.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced accountant or full-charge bookkeeper to manage project billings, budgets, HR, and contracts/insurance requirements.  This position will also be responsible for all accounting functions including posting timesheets for billing, A/P, A/R, journal entries and preparation of monthly financial statements. Experience with Timeslips or other time billing program and Quickbooks/Pro financial software preferred.  Must be proficient in creation and use of MS Excel spreadsheets.

 

The successful candidate should have 5 or more years experience in accounting/bookkeeping, be extremely detail-oriented, and be capable of working independently.  We offer a competitive wage and benefits package and are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
