Job Description



At the direction of the CEO and under the supervision of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, the Bookkeeper/Human Resource Associate is responsible for: human resources/employee benefits; financial management including procurement, accounts payable, budget management, and fiscal reconciliation with outside accounting firm; office organization and operational procedures; minimizing the office’s environmental impact; and other duties as assigned by the CEO or Trustees.




Job Requirements



Bachelor's Degree is required plus related experience as a Bookkeeper or in Human Resources. Individual must be able to use various software and spreadsheet programs on a PC or Mac computer. Proficiency with Quickbooks is a must. Thorough knowledge of business office practices including bookkeeping, accounting, and human resources. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Need to possess strong attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills. Professional discretion, high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness. Possess a warm, calm, and professional demeanor.
