Accountant - Joint Venture

Oil and gas Company in Galleria, Texas area seeks a talented Joint Venture Accountant to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

 Producing JIBs for operated propertiesReceive and process billings for non-operated propertiesProcess and post cash receipts and produce cash paymentsJV reconciliations and balance sheet review

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance3-5 years joint venture exposure/experienceKnowledge of COPAS guidelinesStrong SAP and Excel skillsExposure to JOAs
