Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. Conducts various special projects and ad hoc reporting. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. Maintains fixed asset ledger, conducts inventories on fixed assets, and assists with capatalizing of assets Other duties may be assigned.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience. A minimum of two years experience related to Accounting. Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software. Strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. Excellent documentation skills. Intermediate or better ability with Excel and Access.
