Our client is growing their Atlanta location – located downtown. The project accountant will set up the billing process for the project. The accountant will interact on an ongoing basis with the client as well as the project development team. The position will entail handling the accounts payables and receivables for the assigned projects. The accountant will develop reports on the financials while the projects are in process. Presentations will be made to upper management regarding the financial flow as requested. Posting to the general ledger and participating in the month end close is another aspect of the position.

 

The environment is creative with a lot of interaction with the other team members and the client. The dress is relaxed and the environment is casual.

 

If you have an outgoing, customer service attitude, are able to change directions and produce ad hoc reports, have experience in tracking billing in a consulting company, multi-media environment, by the minute advertising or project based revenue, we encourage you to investigate this outstanding opportunity. You will get a chance to keep  your staff accounting skills current, get exposure into a fun industry and develop communication and presentation skills. This position is a promotable opportunity. To be considered, candidates will need to a bachelors degree in accounting. CPA track a plus. ERP system experience and strong EXCEL skills.
