We are a small, growing CPA firm in Columbia, MD offering a pleasant, flexible and supportive working atmosphere. We are considering entry level through experienced accountant candidates including those that have taken a non-traditional career path or those that may be re-entering the work force. This is a ¾ time to Full Time position that can offer flexible hours to accommodate family or other needs.

 

Our extensive training program will fill in any gaps in the candidate’s knowledge base. After any required training this position will involve full charge responsibility for a group of our Small Business Clients. The position will involve bookkeeping and payroll supervision, financial statement review and preparation, tax planning, tax preparation and most importantly keeping our small business clients happy through excellent customer service.

 

Our firm provides a complete package of services to the small business owner ranging from bookkeeping and payroll to tax and financial planning. We are undertaking an aggressive marketing campaign and this person will play an important role in the growth of the firm.

 

We offer base pay commensurate with experience plus incentive pay based on work completed. If you work smarter and faster you won't have to wait for your yearly review, you will see it in your next paycheck.
