This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE position, only local and currently UNEMPLOYED candidates will be considered.Our downtown client is seeking an Accountant with travel and expense experince.Essential functions include: Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts for employee receivables relating to employee travel and expense reports. Analyze General Ledger accounts and resolve problems related to these accounts. Prepare and post entries month end to the General Ledger. Review and approve employee travel and expense reports in accordance with Company policy and IRS code. Provide Annual Audit support and prepare PBC schedules.  A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, along with 3-5 years experience.  Oracle is a plus!!  CPA Designation is a PLUS also, but not required.    For consideration, please email resume and salary requirements to Allyson Minor at aminor@accountingnow.com ..
