Accounting Clerk: Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of routine duties of an accounting nature, requiring some judgment. Job duties include: Processes service center invoices. Finance department filling Weekly Check Run, Process checks/wires for Payment Maintain/Set-Up Vendors in System Month-End Close, Accruals, Account Reconciliations (including RNI assistance) Monthly Import Duty by back collection and submission Journal entries Accounts Receivable duties as assigned by AR Manager Other Duties as assigned Experience/Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or GED, and two years of equivalent work experience. Knowledge of basic accounting policies highly desired. Hard Worker, Team Player. Able to interact with people. Responsible, able to meet deadlines and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities Skills Required: Microsoft Excel Pay: $12.00-$14.00. Accounting / AP Clerk Accounting / AP Clerk for Packaged Finance Department. Skills needed: Some background in AP/General Ledger. Needs to have Excel and word experience, JDE would be a plus, and DATA ENTRY is a primary requirement also filing, copying, faxing.
