Your resume must reflect the following:

A completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

At least two years work experience as a Staff or Senior Accountant with strong month-end and year-end closing skills -or- five years ERP experience in the Financial modules

Advanced user level Excel spread sheet skills

Experience using a report writing feature within a dedicated accounting software package or system to produce customized financial and accounting reports for Mid-Management and Executive Management

Description:

The Accounting & Administrative Analyst/Specialist will be responsible for implementations, upgrades, enhancements of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance applications. Provides administrative and technical support and services to the corporate entities and acts as a liaison between end-users and internal functional areas to identify and document software/system purpose, workflow issues and output needs: and supports the maintenance and set up tables related to corresponding modules. Handles questions and problems and is the liaison with technical support; organizes data and transfers data into various other systems; maintains the system tables and data warehouse of transactions for audit purposes; and prepares and designs customized reports.
