They possess strong technical skills in spreadsheets, databases and/or mainframes and have strong relationships with business partners to acquire general business knowledge of the various business designs and systems that comprise Sears Holdings Corporation.QualificationsThe One Card team is responsible for maintaining the Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) corporate card and processing of cash reimbursement requests of Sears Holdings Corporation travelers. Maintaining the SHC corporate card includes the application process, administration of the card program, training others on the use of the front end tool for viewing cardholder transactions, and auditing cardholder statements against company policies. The processing of cash reimbursement requests include the maintenance of TESS (including the creation and deletion of ID's), training associates on the use of TESS, and auditing of requests against corporate policies.Excellent communication skills are required, as this position will be communicating with all levels of the corporation.
