Position: Accounting Assistant

 

Responsibilities: As part of the office support team, the Project Assistant will provide general administrative support to the Accounting and Operations departments. This support will include a broad range of AP duties including but not limiting to processing vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports. Provide additional support for the Project Administration group for other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, be extremely detail orientated, able to handle multiple priorities, be a problem solver, be organized, and have good communication skills2 years experience in A/P requiredPrior experience working for a professional services firm (consulting industry) a plusStrong knowledge of project accounting processesProficient in Excel
