Accounting Assistant (2-4 years' experience)

EPM is seeking a full-time, experienced Accounting Assistant.  Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as well as general clerical functions to support the Accounting Department and the corporation.

 

Candidates should have an associates or bachelors degree in Accounting or Business as well as 2-4 years of Accounting experience. Candidates must be detailed oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.  Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and data entry skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Experience with ADP and/or Solomon Accounting software (or comparable Accounting software) is a plus.
