Accounting / Billing Clerk

NATC seeks self motivated and energetic individual to provide support to our Accounting Office as an Accounting/Billing Clerk.  Located 30 miles east of Carson City, NV and 40 miles west of Fallon, NATC is an independent vehicle test, evaluation, and research and development facility.

 

The primary job focus will be project cost review, invoicing customers for work completed, and contract file maintenance, accounts receivable.

 

We are seeking a self starter who is familiar with proposal based billing in a project driven environment. Prefer experience with complex billing (preferably in government contracts), cost accounting and A/R.  Need to have strong writing and computer skills (especially excel), and the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
