U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with 3-5 years experience to fill a position in our Accounting department. Candidate should possess a B.S. in Finance/Accounting or related field. Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills are required and proficiency in Showcase Query and Access are a definite plus. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, time management, and oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities to include: Provides analysis of the various strategic business units and their respective profitability. Gauge the profitability and efficiency of assets within defined geographic areas and lanes. Responsible not only to report the current status, but to also play a role in determining how increased profitability may be achieved. Support role in completing regular and ad-hoc reports and requests for information by management.
