Accounting/Clerical Recruiter

Position Description

 

Employer Flexible is expanding its operation within Texas and has opened up the Dallas/Fort Worth Market and is looking for a qualified individual to help lead the charge in a start up operation. This person will work with setting up this line of business through his or her own sales and recruiting efforts as well as building a team for future growth.

 

Job Functions

 

Ø      Build and expand Accounting/Clerical business through existing clients while continuing to bring in new business and expand the client base. Always be searching for new markets and areas of opportunity to explore

Ø      Source and recruit candidates to fill open positions through a qualification process matching the right individual to the right position

Ø      Conduct thorough discovery meetings with clients about their needs to produce accurate position assessments

Ø      Conduct searches for new recruiting talent and make appropriate hires when needed

Ø      Possibly manage a team of recruiters as expansion occurs. Set up the expectations of the team and put into place the necessary tools and processes in order to monitor and foster the success of the recruiting team

Ø      Provide training and guidance to the recruiting team as needed and foster a continuous improvement environment

 

Qualifications

 

Ø      Candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be a part of an aggressively growing company

Ø      The ability to multitask and exceptional organizational skills

Ø      The ability to teach others and promote an environment of continuous learning

Ø      Must be a self starter and able put together solid plans of action

Ø      Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting in the Accounting field with proven success

Ø      Must NOT be afraid to pick up the phone and make it happen
