BioScreen Testing Services, Inc a well-established consumer product-testing laboratory, providing services to the Pharmaceutical/ Biotech, Medical Device and OTC/Personal Care industries is currently seeking an accounting person.

This position is mainly responsible for general ledger maintenance and accounts reconciliation. Successful candidate should possess BA/BS, Accounting or Finance; a solid work history with minimum of 2 years small business experience.

Duties include but are not limited to maintaining the general ledger, preparing journal entries, bank reconciliation, reconciling customer accounts, preparing sales report; preparing A/R and A/P aging reports in excel, closing monthly A/R and A/P reports, processing staff expense reports; assisting in the preparation of accounts analysis, maintaining fixed assets and depreciation schedules, backing up A/R and A/P persons; preparing annual 1099’s report; assisting with special projects as requested by management.
