Accounting Clerk

ACCOUNTING CLERK
This individual will assist in the daily operations of the Accounting Department Including:   Open mail, Process and reconcile daily sales files,  Update customer accounts with payment, cancellation and address information.  Input and proofread direct mail orders, Process and reconcile sales tax file, Process cash deposits & take to bank, Input journal entries, Update various spreadsheets.

Requirements:
Will be a High School graduate and have 1 year of office experience in Accounts Receivable or similar areas.
Must be PC literate. excellent keyboarding skills and knowledge of office procedures. Mathematical aptitude for balancing procedures.
Excel experience desired. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently within deadlines and with multiple task. This is an entry level position.
