Job Description for Accounting Clerk:

Performs daily accounting activities such as, invoiced and purchase order vouching, commission calculations, maintenance of the general

ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial

reports. General book keeping responsibilities will be assigned as you will be part of our accounting team, so some tasks may vary and change from time to time. Someone with good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Requires a minimum of high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 1

years of experience in the field. Familiar with a

variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Person will be a liason with our CPA for tax preparation support by providing the necessary information required. 




We work with an industry software called profit maker. No experience necessary with this software.
